Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of Construction works. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 188.00 (One hundred eighty eight) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 200.00 (Two hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 200.00 (Two hundred) Lac. 5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 265.00 (Two hundred sixty five) Lac. Documentary evidence must be submitted along with tender as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments) otherwise tenderer will be non-responsive. 6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up- to-date Trade license. 7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
