Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all qualified tenderers as mentioned below: a) The tenderer shall have minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the Software and Network Maintenance. b) The minimum specific work experience of yearly maintenance of server-network, software and related different maintenance and monitoring services including end-user support service of Data Center in 1 (one) contract is Tk. 30.00 lakh within the last 3 (Three) years from the date of IFT and under in any Government Organization. (i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) In case of the work has done under any Govt. other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district whose jurisdiction work has been done. c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50 lac over the last 3 years. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 20.00 lakh. e) The minimum tender capacity shall be TK 35 lac. f) The tenderer shall have updated Trade License & Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate. g) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Contractor & Supervisory license from electrical licensing board.
