Any / All tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document

N.B: i) Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms (Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms) properly with necessary information and by uploading necessary document(s), which will considered for tender evaluation.
ii) Tenderers are requested not to upload/ attach any unnecessary documents.

16.1a: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 24.00 (Twenty Four) Crore over the last 5 (Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP website]

i) Average Annual Construction Turnover will be calculated on the basis of Payment Certificates issued by respective authority.
ii) Only Payment Certificate will be considered in calculating turnover. Except payment certificate, no other documents/certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
iii) The tenderer shall submit Turn-Over Calculation sheet (Both hard copy and Excel sheet soft copy as per attached format in section 8, Particular Specifications).
iv) For turnover calculation, in case of JVCA, the Share of each partner shall be clearly mentioned in the agreement. Otherwise, the payment certificate will not be considered.

v) Only the payment certificate of Public Sector Construction Works will be considerd.

vi) No Audit Report will be considered for turnover calculation
vii) All unreadable and unclear documents will be rejected.

16.1(b):The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Crore.

In case of joint venture, Lead and each partner must submit liquid asset individually.
The date of bank statement showing liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be between the date of tender publication of IFT in the e-gp system and the date of tender closing.
N.B. In case of credit from bank, the document shall clearly mention the name of the work & tender reference number.
