a) Enlistment of Education Engineering Department who have paid renewal fee for the current financial year.
b) Up to date Trade License, Tax clearance certificate, NID, VAT & TIN certificate.
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 8.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
d) Having expirience in Successful completion of at least One (01) No similar nature work (Building work) amounting Tk. 700000.00 (Seven Lac) within the last Five (05) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 500000.00 (Five Lac) over the last Five (05) years
f) Bill will be paid in accordance with fund availability..
g) The Authority reserves the right to suspend/cancel any tender. In this case, no claim will be accepted.
