1. The tenderer must have OMR machine facilities and Bonafide Printing Press (within the country) with variable data print digital machine (inline litho code printing machine) and also with inline automatic dye perforation machine, automatic number printing machine, automatic sheet cutter and Capable of making OMR forms with Litho Codes Printing (All these steps must be done automatically in same line and same time of production).
2. Valid Trade License 2016-2017
3. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2016-2017 (Including TIN No).
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. Bank Solvency Certificate in Original
6. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Minimum Tk. 1 (One) Crore (bank statement must be submitted not before 04 June’17 /Attach supporting document).
7. The tenderer shall submit GSM test report from Science Laboratory, Dhanmondi, Dhaka/Security Printing press, Gazipur, Dhaka Within Selling bid document & Droping date.
8. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five years of overall experience in the supply of good and related services (Company formation documents indicating date of formation or documents of starting the business for the evidence to be submitted).
9. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of specific experience in the supply of similar goods (OMR Forms) and related services.
10. Appropriate document of minimum suypply value of goods under a single contract in the last three years is Tk.1 (One) Crore (Attach experience Certificate with work order).
