2. Specific experience with Work order & Agreement of at least 02(two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, Total value of Tk. 26.00 Lac.
3. Liquid assets i.e credit line(s) (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 26.00 Lac.
4. Up-to-date Trade License 2024-25, TIN Certificate 2024-25 (In case of Limited Company 2023-24), e-BIN Certificate; & NID.
5. Last 3 years Litigation History.
6. Last 3 years Audit Report.
7. National ID Card of authorised person.
8. Brochures.
9. Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed.
10. Import Registration Certificate (IRC).

B. Special Instruction:

1. Goods should be supplied as per samples kept in RMCH store.
2. Expiry date of supplied products shall minimum 02(two) years.
3. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

10. Import Registration Certificate (IRC).

12. Manufacturer authorisation letter.

Special Instruction:

1. Goods should be supplied as per samples kept in RMCH Main Store.
2. Expiry date of supplied products shall minimum 02 (two) years.
3. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per Administrative approval/Budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/issuance of work order.
4. Work order will be issued after obtaining Budget allocation & prior approval from the competent authority of RMCH.
5. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
6. Supply of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation.
7. The Supply work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2008.
8. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
