This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:

1. The intending tenderers must enclose copy of 1. VAT Registration certificate, 2. Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, 3. Up-to-date Trade License. 4. Up-to date ABC Category Electrical License.
2. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 10 (Ten) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in RCC Construction with Aluminium works of at least 1 (one) number contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk.40.00 (Forty) Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. in case of work done by Joint venture the percentage of the share must mentioned in the work completion certificate.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk 50.00 Lac. Tenderers must be declared a statement over through bank for the execution of that particular work as per standard tender document (PW2a-3). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender (Original Copy) to be submitted along with the tender.
5. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40.00 lac over the last 5 (five) years.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 50.00 Lac
