This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3(three) years
of general experience in building Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one)
number of similar nature of building construction work including civil, sanitary &
electric works .
(i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division the certifying and
authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer under whom
the work has been executed.
(ii) In case of work done under any Government/Semi
Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh other than PWD the
certifying & authenticating authority shall be an officer of the organization not
below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the
concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District .
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover
during last3(three) years amounting of Tk. 200000(two lac).
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities
of the tenderer shall be Tk. 100000(one lac) . Adequacy of minimum
liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of
Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration, issued
not earlier than twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline
for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(E) Up-to-dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration
Certificate.
(F) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & 4) of tender documents
must be fulfilled
