The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License 2024-2025.
(ii) 13 Digit BIN Certificate
(iii) Update Income Tax Certificate 2023-2024
(iv) Legal capacity for authorized person (If any).
(v) Affidavit of ownership firm or Certificate of Incorporation if Limited Company
(vi) Company profile including permanent and local address of the tender document signing authority.
vii). NID, Photo of Authorized Person
viii) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar goods 01 (One) Contrct in last 03 (three) years at which each a value of at least TK. 5,00,000/- Only Only with (Govt. hospital with Notification of Award, Contract Agreement, Work order & satisfactory Cpmplection Certification’s)
ix) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be TK. 5,00,000/- Only in his bank account from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper to previous day of tender dropping. |
