The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Updated Trade Licence 2024-2025 must be Identical to the Related Works.
2. Income Tax Payment Certificate Fiscal Year 2023-2024/ 2024-2025 with Online TIN Number Certificate
3. Update Chember of Commerce Certificate with Payment slip.
4. Income Tax Assessment Journal signed by the concerned authority for proof of income tax certificate.
5. BIN Certificate 13 digit, Online VAT Return submitted for last 3 (Three) Months & Update VAT Smart Card.
6. Bank Statement Six Month counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
7. National ID of the proprietor.
8. Certificate of BMIHEDMA with Slip
9. Affidavit copy of proprietor’s ownership, Non-Bankrupt and Non-Blacklisted, by 1st Class Magistrate
10. Certificate of Medicine Manufacturer’s Company ISO/GMP if any.
11. Tenderer must be submitted sample before deadline of tender submission.
12. Attested all Submitted documents, copy of Specimen signature(Documentaty Signature) Colour Photo by a 1st class gazetted officer with name seal & mobile number otherwise the tender will be considered cancelled.
13. All quoted Product must be submitted Item sample otherwise the tender will be considered cancelled. Received copy of Submitted sample item must be submit in E-GP system
14. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past 3 years.
15. If TEC want to examine submitted all original Papers, Tenderer is bound to submit (Refundable).
16. All papers submitted with tender proposal must be updated Otherwise the tender will be considered cancelled.
17. According to section 98 (23) of PPR-2008, if a bidder submits such an abnormal bid, he will have to submit evidence (e.g., contract on non-judicial stamp) in his favor (Abnormal rate means the price of the Item is below TP and below the SR rate in other groups.). At the same time,a pledge has to be submitted along with the PE to deliver the goods at the specified time and at the specified price while maintaining the quality atthat price.
18, All the bidders have to type this pledge on the computer and submit it in the form of affidavit through a notary public on a non-judicialstamp of Tk.300.00 (three hundred) otherwise the tender will be considered cancelled. as per sub-rule (3) (Tha) of rule 4 and STD’s section1.E (34.1) also affidavit shall receive by the Procuring Entity prior to the deadline for submission of Tenders. 19. Submitted all documents will be cheeked direct or online mailing with Tenderer. In case of Submission of any Fraudulent Document, Tender will be rejected and tenderer or company will be directly Black-Listed by |
