The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 17,00,000/- (Seventeen Lac ) Only.

--Tender shall demonstrate the resource sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts /contractual commitments, in case, participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entity (ies).

-Bank Statement of day end closing balance/credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than 28 (twenty-eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for the Contract.
-Working capital - authenticated by recent past Audit Reports
Credit facilities authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account
-Credit line -authenticated by any scheduled bank in the format as specified (Form PW2a-3) without alteration.
-Banking instrument, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender for this Contract.

N= Completion time of the proposed work in years
B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years

For Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) Lot, this qualification requirement shall be mentioned separately for each lot in the package
Note 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)

The minimum capacity shall be:Tk 4,75,000/- (Four Lac Seventy Five Thousand)

The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity

The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60,00,000/- (Sixty Lac ) over the last 05 (Five) years.

The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7,00,000/- (Seven Lac ) over the last 05 (Five) years.

A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 41,00,000/- (Fourty one Lac) under 01 (one) of contract(s) over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required.
