a) Reputed Contractor/Supplier firms who have minimum 02 (Two) years of general experience in similar nature food supply works are eligible to apply in this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated Trade License, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer from a Government or Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
d) The experience certificate of 02 (Two) years must be submitted along with the tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted. The tenderer may also submit corresponding work order and NOA of last 02 (Two) years supply works.
e) If any falsified documents are submitted along with the tender and found incorrect then strict actions will be taken against those tenderer.
f) The supply work consists of supplying various types of food items according to the schedule and Daily requirement of Dhaka BKSP, Rajshahi BKSP, Chattogram BKSP, Cox’sbazar BKSP, Dinajpur BKSP, Sylhet BKSP, Khulna BKSP and Barishal BKSP.
g) The tenderer shall submit relevant brochure/catalogue or sample of the goods specified in schedule as per the direction of the authority and take prior approval before supply.
h) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG3-3A.
i) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
j) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
