The tender will be considered non-responsive if the Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) determines that the submitted rate analysis is unreasonable. 02. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply Furniture as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. 03. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Supply Furniture of at least One contract of similar nature (Supply of School Furniture) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk 18.00 lakh. 04. The minimum supply and production capacity of Goods is/ are Required. 05. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 21.00 lakh.
