TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--	16.1 (a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,000,000,000.00 (Taka Two Hundred Crore) over the last Five (5) years. Note: 1. Payment Certificates for construction works (completed or ongoing) issued by relevant Procuring Entity(ies) will be considered as construction turnover. 2. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. 16.1 (b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 450,000,000.00 (Taka Fourty Five Crore Only) Tenderers shall submit the liquid asset in one or combination of more than one. 1. Credit line: authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the format as specified in the Form PW3-7 (Attached to Section 8). 2. Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
