Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers having the following qualification. -Reputed bonafide contrator/ firm/organization having up to date: 1. Trade License 2. TIN, VAT Registration 3. Bank Solvency certificate. 4. ABC/BC Category Electrical & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board. -The Tenderer shall have minimum 5 years experience for operation & maintenance of same manner lift. -The Tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of Schiendler brand lift and should enclose the same certificate with the tender document -Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift for the next 01 (One) year shall be submitted with the Tender. -Having experience in successful completion of similar nature of work not less than TK. 5.00(five) Lac in a single tender during the last 5 (five) years, under any Government Bodies. In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.In case of the work done under any other Government Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same dully verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. -The required average annual construction turnover shall not be less than TK 7.00 Lac over the last 5 years. -The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 1.5 Lac ( will be issuded within 28 days before the date of dropping this tender). -All other required qualification, Terms & conditions as specified in Terder Data Sheet (TDS)
