Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. Up to date Tax Payment Certificate with TIN certificate.
2. Valid VAT registration certificate.
3. Up to date valid Trade license.
4. Authorization letter of authorized person.
5. Similar work experience certificate.
6. Up to date ABC Electrical License.
7. Tenderer must be enlisted to Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB).

And as per Tender Data Sheet (TDS).

Repair maintenance of 11 KV, 11/0.4 KV and 0.4 KV lines of 11KV Eidgah feeder and system development by installing transformer at Uttar Poirtala to withdraw long distance service line under S & D-1, BPDB, Brahmanbaria.
