a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 25.00 Lakh (Twenty Five Lakh Taka) under 01 (One) number of contract(s) in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(Five) years of Tk. 35.00 Lakh (Thirty Five Lakh Taka).
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 27.00 lakh (Twenty Seven Lakh Taka).
d) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 28.00 lakh (Twenty Eight Lakh)
e) The Tenderer must possess: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate. f)Tenderer must have ABC License
g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, the tender will be rejected.
h) In case of tie for the evaluation price, the tenderer shall be selected based on the "Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects".
