The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35 Lac .Use standard format in case of line of credit. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 97 Lach over the last 5 years 4. Tender Capacity Tk 55 Lac Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase. (b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unrealistic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive
