The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.

2. The start dated of the earlist construction works completed satisfactorily under public sector will considered for calculating the period of general experience. Tender shall attach revelent certificate issued by concerned PE.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction (Bituminous Road Works) technology successfully completed under public sector within the last 5 (Five) year, each with a value of at least Tk 4,75,00,000.00 (Taka Four Crore Seventy Five Lacs only)

If a Tenderer submits a specific experience certificate which was completed by a JV:

(i) for non-divisible works:
To calculate the value of a specific experience [i.e., the financial portion of the specific experience], the Tenderer’s business share of the JV of the previous specific experience shall be considered.
However, the physical portion of the specific experience shall be wholly assigned to the Tenderers irrespective of their business share.

(ii) for divisible works:
The specific experience shall be determined according to their assigned component(s)/activity(ies) described in the completion certificate.

The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk 9,50,00,000.00 (Taka Nine Crore Fifty Lacs only) within the last 05(five) years.

2. Payment received Certificates for construction works issued by relevant Procuring Entrity (ies) will be considered as construction turnover.

If a Tenderer submits a payment certificate which was completed by a JV:

To calculate the required average annual construction turnover, the Tenderer’s business share of the JV of the previous work experience shall be considered.

The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,50,00,000.00 (Taka Two Crore Fifty Lacs only)

Tenderer shall submit liquid assets in one or combination of more than one of the following four option. Please also note that in case of joint venture, Lead and individual partners must submit liquid assets individually:
1. Working capital : authenticted by Audit Report not earlier than FY : 2021-22.
2. Credit line : authenticated by any scheduled bank in the format as specified ( Form PW3-7), without alternation
3. Credit facilities : authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
4. Bank Balance : authenticated by Bank statement from any scheduled bank issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract
