The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 Lakh (Twelve Lakh Only) before tender closing date. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than ten percent (10%) compared to the Rate, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis .
