3. Affidavit of Legal Capacity by the authorized person of the Tender.
4. Affidavit of ownership of the firm.
5. Factory visit with all product samples of lowest bidders.
6. Supplier must provide after sales services at Office during warranty period.
7. Item Wise 3D Design Must be Submitted.
8. IRC (Import Registration Certificate)
9. Tenderer must have submitted Environment Certificate for Factory.
10. Wood seasoning and Treatment Certificate of furniture.
11. Lacquer Certificate of furniture.
12. Bangladesh Furniture Industries Owners Association Certificate.
