(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as shall be Three years in last five years in Govt. hospital with satisfactory Certification’s.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one contract(s) successfully completed within the last three years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty lac). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. |

The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.27,000,00.00 [Twenty Seven Lakh] Only in his bank account from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper to previous day of tender dropping (Form PG3-8). |

| TDS/PDS--D. Tender Preparation--
|
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Similar works Trade License 2024-2025. Trade License must be Identical to the Related Works.
2. Online e-TIN Number Certificate.
3. Up to date Valid Income TAX Clearance Certificate 2024-2025.
4. Acknowledgement Receipt 2024-2025 signed by the concerned authority for proof of income tax certificate According to Rules 48 and Rules 49.
5. Attested copy of BIN Certificate 13 digit, Online VAT Return submitted for last Two Months & Up to date VAT Smart Card Rules 49.
6. Updated Chamber of Commerce & Industries Certificate (with money deposit receipt).
7. Tenderers must have a satisfactory Bank Statement & Bank Solvency Certificate of his/her own firm name from 01.01.2025 to Last date of Tender Submission. They have a minimum Tk.25,00,000.00 [Twenty five Lakh] Should be in balance for ten days consecutive days.
8. Bank Solvency Certificate.
9. Up to date Notarized sole proprietorship declaration in case of sole proprietorship and original copy of all documents in certificate of incorporation in case of limited companies.
10. Updated Certificate of Non-Bankrupt, Non-Blacklisted by Notarized declaration through a non-judicial stamp of Tk. 300.
11. National identity card of the tenderer should be submitted.
12. A declaration to the effect that "all the documents submitted along with the tender are correct and no fake documents have been supplied" has to be submitted his own pad.
13. Authority to seek references from the Tenderer’s Bankers or any other sources in its letter-head pad (Give Power to UHF&PO Upazila Health Complex Shaghatta, Gaibandha).
14. Three Specimen signature by a 1st class gazetted officer with name & seal otherwise the tender will be considered cancelled.
15. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the last One years according to Rules 49 & ITT-28.1(H).
Note:
A. Submitted documents will be checked by online or by direct mailing with authority. In case of submission of fraudulent document, Tender will be rejected and necessary steps (i.e., blacklisted) shall take as per rule.
B. Bidders must given rate in each item should be equal or below the departmental rate. Unreleastic rate in case of each item shall make tenderer Non-Responsive. Abnormal Rates are not acceptable.
C. VAT and income tax will be deducted from the bill according to the government rules. After paying the bill, if the government rate of deduction of income tax, VAT, etc. changes or if the deduction is less, the contractor will have to file an undertaking in his pad that he will pay later.
D. If TEC want to examine submitted all original Papers, Tenderer is bound to submit (Refundable).
E. Submitted documents will be cheeked online or direct mailing with manufacturer. In case of Submission of any Fraudulent Document, Tender will be rejected and tenderer or company will be directly Black-Listed by the authority without any notice. If any Tenderer dose not Fulfill Properly the Tender Information Form (TIF), he/she is considered as a non-responsive tenderer. Please be carefully submit your tender, PE may take appropriate legal action against any person who violates the rules of PPA-2006 and PPA-2008, files any complaint or disturbs public interest or obstructs procurement by false information.
