The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building work successfully completed within the last 05 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk.770.00 Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi- Government Organization of Bangladesh [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd] 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.1100.00 Lakh over the last 05 [five] years [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd] 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines of the Tenderer shall be Tk.215.00 Lakh. Not before 27.02.2025. [must be unconditional and given by the proper format.]. 5.
