| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Minimum 3 (Three) years experience in the field of ship construction/ Repair / Rehabilitation of vessel / Pontoon.

The minimum specific experience (Construction/ repair/ rehabilitation of vessel as a Prime Contractor at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature works successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 87.00 Lac.
• Bidder shall submit necessary documents in favour of his claim of experience.
• For JVCA Company both the partners have minimum 3 (Three) years experience.
• Valid and up-to-date trade license certificate.
• ISO Certificate.
• NOC from Department of Shipping or Equivalent authority.
• JVCA agreement (If applicable).
• Tenderer should have own shipyard or dockyard.
• For JVCA minimum one partner must have own shipyard or dockyard.
• Litigation certificate.
• Environment clearance certificate.
• Documents mentioned in section-7.
• The purchased Tender Document with money receipt..
• Minimum 500 tons slipway Certificate from BUET or Equivalent authority.
• VAT Registration Certificate.
• Original Bank solvency certificate.
• Annual turnover calculation with authentic documents.
• Work plan (BAR Chart).
• The Tenderers /Bidder /Dockyards who have experienced for Repair / Construction/ Rehabilitation of vessel(s). Bidder shall submit necessary document in favor of his claim.
• Latest VAT,TAX & TIN, certificate.
• Last 3 years audit report.
• Annual turnover certificate of best of latest 3 years.

The Works consist of Ro-Ro Pontoon No.- 9:
Docking and Undocking the of the pontoon, Repair works for Main deck , Ramps deck , Std Side & Port side wing (Finger pontoon) roof & ceiling, Horizontal side fender, Bottom , Hull, Vertical fender, Steel Mast 7 stair, Double bollared, Safe guard for vehicles, Manhole cover, Sounding Pipe, Capstan, chair , door & Window, Crew cabins & passengers rest room, Hydraulic System, Gauging, & Painting etc. complete as per direction of the owner as stated in BOQ.
Taking the pontoon from BIWTC, Narayanjang and delivery of the pontoon to any place of BIWTC as per demand with the cost of tenderer.
