Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 7 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3.5 Crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3 crore over the last 5 years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1( one) Crore as per PW3-7 form. 5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 3.5 crore. 6. Pre tender meeting will be held 10 april 2025 at 11 am at BMU Project office Dhaka. 7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: a. Tenderer should have up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR/concerned office. b. Tenderer should have valid VAT Registration certificate from the NBR/concerned office. c. Tenderer should have up to date Trade License. d. Bank statement of transaction of last 3 years. e. Company memorandum/Company Profile. f. Last five years Audited Balance Sheet g. Tenderer should have valid Licences for Construction, Electric and related works from competent reputed govt. authority like PWD/LGED/HED/ Electricity Licensing Board etc. All other conditions of section 2 and 4 are applicable.
