(b) The satisfactory completion of supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of Sand Filter/ Pre Water Treatment Plant/ Water Treatment Plant/ Effluent Treatment Plant/ RO Plant of minimum Tk 2,20,00,000.00 (Taka Two Crore Twenty Lac only) under maximum 02 (Two) contract in the last 05 (five) years. (c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk 2,20,00,000.00 (Taka Two Crore Twenty Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website. (d) The Tenderer should have valid updated Trade License, valid VAT Certificate, valid TIN Certificate, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGCB Procurement Policy 2015, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
