a) Minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work shall be 10(Ten) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] (b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least one number of similiar nature/External Electrification work  amounting Tk. 500.00 Lac in a single no of tender/Contract in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years. The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, concerned department/ organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district / area under whose jurisdiction he has been done.Self-work will not be entertained for the work experience.
(c) The required average annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1000.00 lac over the last 05(five) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 200.00 lac in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tender non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) Up-to date ABC category Contractor & Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board. Govt of Bangladesh
g) n case of JVC / JVCA and other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderers are shown in Tender Data sheet of tender documents. (h) During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10% less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender. Â
