Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least 01 contract of similar work successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk. 9.00 lac (i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work has been executed. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 21.00 lac over the last 05 years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 11.00 lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 11.50 lac. 6. Up to date ABC/BC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh for E/M work must be submitted. 7. All the necessary conditions mentioned in the TDS and PCC of this tender.
