Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of Construction works. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) RCC Building Construction including Civil, Internal Sanitary & Electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 600.00 (Six Hundred) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1500.00 (Fifteen Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 250.00 (Two hundred & Fifty) Lac. 5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 700.00 (Seven Hundred) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments) otherwise tender will be non-responsive. 6. The Tenderer have to enclose VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up- to-date Trade license and Up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License. 7. In case of JVCA, The Minimum qualification requirements of Leading Partner, other Partner(s) and requirements by summation of a JVCA shall meet as described in ITT and in TDS & Leading partner must have maximum share in joint venture agreement. 8. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7)
