Eligibility of Tenderer :	1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. 2) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in similar nature of work within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk.300(Three Hundred) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. 3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.750.00 (Seven Hundred & fifty) lac over the last 5 (five) financial Year. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 250.00 (Two hundred & fifty) lac. 5) The minimum tender capacity shall be 370.00(Three hundred) lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as PW3-5B format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal. 6) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. 7) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
