Installation of Iron Removal Unit with FRP Double Vessel (Iron Media) at Different Installed Water Source with Submersible Pump within Brahmanbaria District under Project for Safe Water Supply Throughout the Country (PSWSC) of DPHE FY 2024-25.

The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) shall be greater than Tk 50.00 Lakh (Fifty Lakh Only) over the last 05 years and Years Counting backward from the
 date of advertisement in e-GP Website. Turn over certificate must be at per Experience certificate mentioned above or at per payment certificate. Duplication will not be allowed. Turn
 over must be construction turn over.In case of any tenderer is lowest more than one package,then the average annual construction turn over and tender capacity will be calculated
 cumulative.

The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of theTenderer shall be Tk 20.00 Lakh (Twenty Lakh Only).Certificate submitted before Tender Publication
 date shall not be taken into account.
In case of line of credit it must be submitted at per prescribed formate of letter of commitment for bank undertaking for line of credit.
In case of credit facilities, it must be sanctioned and sufficient amount must be unspent.
In case of liquid asset certificate & Bank statement must be submitted.

For Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) Lot, this qualification requirement shall be mentioned separately for each lot in the package
Note 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)

The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 80.00 Lakh (Eighty Lakh Only)
The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity Assessed Tender Capacity = (A*N*1.5-B)
Where A=Maximum value of Works performed in any one year during last five years
N= Completion time of the proposed work in years

Note 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)

 A satisfactory completion of similar works (Installation of Tube Well/ RO Filter/ AIRP or IRP with Automated Pressure Vessel) of at least Tk 45.00 Lakh (Forty Five Lakh Only) under 01
 of contract(s) over a period of last 03 years shall be required.Years Counting backward from the date of advertisement in e-GP Website.
 Experience certificate should be submitted by tenderer along with tender as per Departmental prescribed formate or CPTU format or any other almost similar formate which must
 contain all necessary information required for evaluation of Tender. Similar work is to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate. Incompleted/running bill paid works
 certificate shall not be allowed as experience certificate .Except Mentioning Completion date, the completion certificate will not be considererd at evaluation stage. Experience as
 Subcontractor will not be taken into account.For hiding or giving misinformation of any on going works of the tenderer under any PE's organization, the tenderer must be considered
 as non-responsive from the evaluation stage as per ITT clause 3.2(b)

 of contract(s) over a period of last 03 years shall be required.Years Counting backward from the date of advertisement in e-GP Website.
 Experience certificate should be submitted by tenderer along with tender as per Departmental prescribed formate or CPTU format or any other almost similar formate which must
 contain all necessary information required for evaluation of Tender. Similar work is to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate. Incompleted/running bill paid works
