1) Reputed construction Firms/contractors who have minimum 05(Five) years general experience.
2) Having experience in successfully completion at least in 01(one) no of building works in/c sanitary water supply and electrical works amounting for Tk 45.00 lakh in a single wokr order in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05(Five) years.
3) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets for Tk 30.00 lakh within 23.07.17 to 08.08.17 along with bank statement.
4) Who have minimum annual average constructional turn over in the last 05(Five)  years  of Tk 60.00 lakh( Total=60.00x5=300.00 lakh)
5) Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income tex certificate ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) NID cr.
6) Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender schedule (TDS).

6) Tenderer having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
7) In the case of tie for the evaluated price the tenderer shall be selected based on the "Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects"
8) Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender schedule (TDS).
