01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp.
02. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of air conditioner of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last five (05) years, with a value of at least Tk. 11,00,000.00 ( Eleven Lac Only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka Twelve lac (12,00,000/-) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7).
04. The Tenderers whose trade license valid (2024-2025), only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender.
05. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
06. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.

08. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than at least taka eight lac (8,00,000/-) only over the last three (03) years.
09. Payment certificate and work completion certificate will be considered for calculating turn over.
