a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 50.00 Lakh under single of contract over a period of 05 (Five) years (2012-2013 to 2016-2017) in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh shall be required.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.Copy of Work Order & Completion Certificate must be submitted in support of fulfilling the requirements. c) The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk 50.00 Lakh(Total Amounting Tk. 60x5 = 300.00 Lac) over the last 05 (Five) financial years (2012-2013 to 2016-2017). d) Tenderer shall have minimum liquid asset of TK.20.00 lac for consecutive 04 (Four) working days within tender period ( Bank statement should be enclosed.). Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW2a-3 mentioning the name of the work . e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tenderer's Total Quoted Price ( After overall arithmetic correction, modification or Discount whichever is applicable). f) The tenderer must possess : i) up to date income tax clearance certificate(2016-2017). ii) valid VAT Registration Certificate. iii) Up to date trade license. iv)National ID card. g) Tender ID : 112961, 112966, 112967, 112968, 112969, 112970, 112971, 112972 & 112973 are under e- Tender Notice : 06/2017-2018 of EED, Narsingdi Zone and under this notice a Contractor or Tenderer would not be recommended for more than one work.
