This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Qualified Tenderers as Mentioned Below:
a) Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agencyship Certificate (Form e-PG3-6). b) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in The Construction Works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor shall be 5 Years. c) (i) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contracto or Management Contractor in Successful Completion of at least one Number of Electrification Work Consisting AC Installation Tk 16.0 Lakh in a Single Contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During Last 5 Years. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed.
iv) Completion/Acceptence certificate proving specific experience must be in appropriate form as attached with standard tender document. d) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk.20.00 Lakh Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender. e) Valid Trade License f) Up to date income tax clearance certificate g) Valid VAT Registration certificate h) Updated ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh. i) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
