As Per Tender Data Sheet ( TDS)

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:

a. Update  Trade License with Payment slip.
b. Update TIN certificate,
c. Update Vat registration certificate/BIN certificate (13 Digit).
d. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required for item of goods. Any third party authorization will not be accepted.
e. Affidavit of ownership of the contracting company.
f. Update Chamber of Commerce Certificate.
g. Recent Color Photograph, NID and Specimen Signature at Company Letter head Pad of Authorized Person.
h. Update BMIHEDMA Certificate with Money receipt.
i. Certificate of Non-Bankrupt and Non-Blacklisted.
j. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
k. If TEC want to examine submitted all original Papers, Tenderer is bound to submit(Refundable).
l. Sample of all items must be submitted to PE office .

m.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

n. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk.3300000.00 (Thirty Three Lac) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

Note: NOA, Agreement, Work order & Work Completion Certificate should be submitted along with the certificate to prove the authenticity of the experience certificate. Otherwise, it will be considered as non-responsive by the evaluation committee.
