9. Experience Criteria
9.1 Tenderer shall have the construction experience of satisfactory completion of similar works of a minimum value under a single or multiple numbers of contracts over a period, as specified in the TDS.
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 31,00,000.00 under 01(One) of contract over a period of 05(Five) years shall be required.
10. Financial Criteria
10.1 Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of financial capacity to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract.
(a) the average annual construction turnover as specified in the TDS during the period specified in the TDS
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 70,00,000.00 over the last 05(Five) years. The period may be best 3(three) years in the last 5(five) years
(b) Availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount as specified in the TDS
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 26,00,000.00
