This invitation for tender is open to all eligible civil tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3(three) years
of general experience in building Construction or maintenance works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one)
number of similar nature of building construction or maintenance including civil, sanitary works .
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover
during last3(three) years amounting of Tk. 500000(five lac).
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities
of the tenderer shall be Tk. 200000(two lac) . Adequacy of minimum
liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of
Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration, issued
not earlier than twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline
for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(E) Up-to-dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration
Certificate.
(F) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & 4) of tender documents
must be fulfilled
