(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be three (3) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least (1) One contract successfully completed within the last three (3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4,00,000.00/- (Four Lac Only) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

Note: NOA,Agreement,Work order should be submitted along with the certificate to prove the authenticity of the experience certificate. Experience certificate must be from a health facility. Otherwise it will be considered as non-responsive by the evaluation committee.

(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 4,00,000.00/- (Four Lac Only)

(d) The tenderer must submitted the bank statement form of his own business establishment from 01.07.2025 to 24.08.2025 where his satisfactory Balance is minimum Tk.4,00,000.00/- (Four Lac Only) should have a Balance status of 5 consecutive days. Otherwise TEC may declare the Tenderer Non-responsive.
