TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--
Experience Criteria:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of MSR Items as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years in any government hospital. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Dietary Items at least 03 (Three) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years each with a value of at least Tk. 16 Lakh. (NOA, Work Orders are not acceptable as specific experience but only successful completion certificate from a genuine government authority clearly showing the specific experience in supplying Dietary Items and also the time and amount of work done) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
