Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1.  The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be three (3) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least two(2) contract(s) successfully completed within the last three(3) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper, each with a value of at least Tk. 490000.00 (Tk. Four lac and ninty thousand Only)

3.  Up to date (2025-26) Trade license.

4. 13 digit BIN registration Certificate.

5. Tax Identification Number from NBR with 2025-26 assessment year Income Tax Payment Certificate.

6. 2025-26 financial year up to date Chamber of Commerce Inclusion certificate.

7. Notarized sole proprietorship declaration in case of sole proprietorship and copy of all documents in RJSC certificate of formation of limited company in case of limited companies.

8. Copy of declaration (In own pad) state that the Institution is not blacklisted anywhere.

9. Attested sample signature along with National Identity card and photo of the Tenderer should be submitted.

10. If a Tenderer chooses to submit a tender through a repersentrative or authorized to sign on behalf of the organization, it must be notarized with a non-judicial stamp of Tk. 300/ containing the details and photograph of the representative.

11. According to section 98(23) of PPR 2008, if a bidder submits such an abnormal bid, he will have to submit evidence (e.g. contract on non-judicial stamp) in his favor. At the same time, a pledge has to be submitted along with the PE to deliver the Goods at the specified time and at the specified price while maintaining the quality at that price.

12.  If TEC wants to varify all submitted papers, Tenderer is bound to submit all original paper (Refundable).

13. If a Tenderer submits any kind of false information or if the attested paper does not get the varification report on time then the tender evaluation committee can make the tender non responsive.

14. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet from a reputed audit farm shall be for the past 02 (two) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

15. The Tenderer must submit sample photo/catalogue of all schedule items along with proposal in e-GP system. Tenderer has to submit only the documents as required by the PE.

16. TEC preserve the authority to declare null and void any Tender proposal without mentioning any cause. TEC is not bound to accept lowest rate proposal.

17. If the Tenderer uploads any documents in the form of zip file, the evaluation committee will not evaluate the documents in that zip file and the Tenderer will directly rendered as non responsive.

18. PE may take appropriate legal action against any person who violates the rules of PPA 2006 and PPR 2008, files any complaints or disturbs public interest or obstructs procurement by false information.

19. This agreement will remain in force till 30 june 2026. Upto this time, the amount of work order that has given the said Goods will be bound to be delivered within the specified period, even if the contract period is extended upto three months in the public interest, an undertaking must be filed in bidders own pad.

20. Tenders being invited for a number of lots on “lot-by-lot” basis, the lot not quoting at least eighty (80) percent of the total number of items under that lot and, not representing at least sixty five (65) percent of the equivalent lot value shall be considered non-responsive.
