A satisfactory completion of similar R.C.C. building construction works of at least Tk 23.00 (Twenty Three) Lac under 01 (One) no. of contract(s) over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required.. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years. [2012-13,2013-14,2014-15,2015-16,2016-17] 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall beTk 18.00 (Eighteen) Lac. 5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 28.00 (Twenty Eight) Lac. 6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: a. Valid Trade License. b. Vat Registration. c. TIN certificate d. Nationality Certificate. e. National ID f. Business Address. 7. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
