The Tenderer have to have-
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi- Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk.25.00 Lakh (Taka Twenty Five Lakh); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 51.00 Lakh (Taka Fifty One Lakh) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Construction Works in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last 5 (Five) years must be submitted along with tender; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 29.00 Lakh (Taka Twenty nine Lakh). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank.
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 30.00 Lakh (Taka Thirty Lakh).
(F) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) All Other Conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
