a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation; b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded; (I) Valid Trade License (FY: 2017-18); (II) Income Tax clearance certificate (FY: 2016-17); (III) Vat registration certificate; (IV) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 20 (twenty) lac issued after June'2017; (V) Experience certificate of supply of similar goods to any government organization in a single contract minimum value of TK. 18 (eighteen) lac in last 3 (three) years. (VI) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier); (VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (VIII) Sample of all item must be submited to Prisons Directorate as per technical specification on or before tender opening date.
