A meeting was held on the application of four bidders for this tender. Two initiatives were taken in this pre-tender meeting to make a more competitive tender. Under rule 115 of PPR 2025, these amendments are added here.
1. To increase the sample submission time (where applicable), the time for opening/closing, the tender is hereby extended by 3 working days and the extended date is 25-11-2025.
2. As there is no advance payment system here; that’s why the retention money deduction system mentioned in 65.1 in TDS is not required here.
