If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practics of any kind is determined against any tenderer, the measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of STD.Tenderer must be visited the mention site before attend the tender. Payment will be paid available the fund.The work has been completed in project time.As per PPA-2006, PPR-2025 and instruction of CPTU in case of Joint Venture no limited company(to form JVCA) is allowed in this tender.
