Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderer must have minimum 08 (Eight) years of general experience of construction works. 2. Having Experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of RCC building construction work of Tk. 700.00 (Seven hundred) lakh in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the works done under Government/SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.1000.00 (One Thousand) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 05 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW3-8 form)Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac. 5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 800.00 (Eight Hundred ) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments) 6.
