The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.00 Lacs

[the minimum number of contracts will depend upon the size and type of supply of goods, and the Procuring Entity should make its own judgement based upon its experience in the supply sector. For example, it could be a single contract of similar nature during the last three (3) or five (5) or ten (10) years or more wider timeframe subject to nature or frequency of supply (whichever appropriate); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]

Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:

1. Similar works Trade License & Slip of 2025-2026.
2. Online TIN Number Certificate.
3. Acknowledgement Receipt 2025-2026 signed by the concerned authority for proof of income tax certificate. 
5. 13 digit BIN/VAT Certificate, Online Vat Return submitted for last Three Months & Update VAT Smart Card fiscal Year 2025-2026.
6. Bank Capacity Certificate.
7. Bank Solvency Certificate.
8. Six Month Bank Statement of 3.5 Lac Taka counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
9. Bank capacity, solvency statement & Line of credit Must be from same Bank.
10. Photocopy of National ID of the proprietor with one copy photo.
11. Update Certificate of the member of the Chamber of Commerce and BMIHEDMA with Slip for 25-26.
12. Affidavit copy of proprietor’ ownership by notary public on non-judicial stamp of Tk. 300 must be filled after 01-07-2025.
13. Certificate of non-bankrupt & non blacklisted by notary public on Tk. 300 non-judicial stamp must be filled after 01-07-2025.
14. Three specimen signatures attested by a 1st class gazetted officer with name & seal.
15. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statement and audited balance sheet shall be for the last Three Years.
16. VAT and income tax will be deduced from the bill according to the government rules. After paying the bill if the government rate of deduction of income tax, VAT. Etc. changes or if the deduction is less the contractor will have to file an undertaking in his pad that he will pay later.
17. If TEC want to examine submitted all original Papers, Tenderer is bound to submit (Refundable).
18. Submission of last five years Litigation History counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper through by notary public on non-judicial stamp of Tk. 300.
19. All the bidders have to type this pledge of the computer for each tender/lot and submit it in the form of affidavit through a notary public on a non-judicial stamp of Tk. 300 (three hundred).
20. Any kind of request political pressure threat creating influence to any member of Tender Evaluation Committee from tenderer or any source of tenderer are highly discourage able and this statement must be written on his own letter pad.
21. The contractor has to submit MSR Completion Certificates (status- Completed/Ongoing) Verification by PE of e-GP system for supply MSR Furniture Metarials of Taka- 3 Lac in 1 Contact.
22. Section 64 (A) of the Act as amended by PPR 2008 and its amendments 2009, 2010 and 2019 Undertaking should be given accordingly.
23. Update IRC Certificate with Payment slips.
24. Bank capacity, solvency statement & Line credit must be from same Bank.

25. No tenderer is allowed to ask for any quarry in case of rejected or Non-Responsive tender proposal and it is written (Consent) in his/her own Letter Head Pad.

Note:
1. Photocopies of documents submitted shall be attested by 1st class Gazetted Officer, name, designation with code number/ID number of attesting officer should be mentioned otherwise tenderer will be considered as non- responsive.
2. If Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) Want to examine all original documents Tenderer is bound to submit (Refundable).
3. Submitted documents will be checked online of by direct mailing with authority. In case of submission of any fraudulent document, tender will be rejected and tenderer or company will be directly blacklisted by the authority without any notice.
4. PE may take appropriate legal action against any person who violates the rules of PPA-2006 and PPR-2025, disturbs public interest of obstructs procurement by false information.
5. Abnormal rate are not acceptable. According to the PPA-2006 & PPR 2025, If the tendered will be considered non- responsive.
6. Work order will be provided as per rule and bills will be paid subject to receipt of survey committee certification after collection of goods as per work order Income tax and vat will be deducted from the bill submitted by the supplier as per government rules.
7. If a Tenderer submits any kinds of false information of if the attached papers verification report does not reach in time, then the Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) can make the tender non- responsive.
