Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer will be treated as non-responsive due to failure to submit the following documents: 1) Updated trade license (2025-26) 2). Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate(2024-25) 3) Updated VAT(BIN) registration certificate 4) Must be submitted up dated ABC Licenses with supervisor certificate. 5) This invitation for tender is restricted to eligible tenderer(s) who has/have satisfactorily completed similar nature of work (including interior design work) at least Tk 25.0 (Taka twenty five) lakh in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Corporations/ Autonomous Organization within last 5 (five) years. 6)The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit line facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 20.0 (Taka twenty) lakh from any scheduled Bank.
