Tenderer must submit up to date Trade License. 2. Tenderer must submit up to date VAT and Income Tax Certificate(with TIN). 3. Tenderer must submit a bank solvency certificate . 4. Nationality Certificate. 5. Authorization letter 6.Tenderers shal also have to fulfil the requirements of TDS & PCC. 7.The Tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in Authorized letter. 8.PE may cancel the contract at any time within the contract period with prior notice 9.The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/al tender(s) without showing any reason.
Brief Description of assignment :	Appointment of 3 (three) Drivers, 1 (one) Cook, 1 (one) Cook Helper, 12 (twelve) Security Guards, 2 (two) Messengers, 2 (two) Power House Cleaners ,1(one) caretaker,1(one0) guest house attendent ,1(one) pump operator& 1 (one) Sampler by outsourcing for Bibiyana-3, 400MW CCPP, BPDB, Parkul, Nabiganj, Habiganj.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	1. Tenderer must have at least 01 (one) manpower supply experience to BPDB otherwise tender wil be declare as non responsive. 2.The experience certificate of successfuly completed similar assignments issued by the officer not below the rank of executive Engineer or equivalent.
Other details (if applicable) :	Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: 1. Tenderer must submit an undertaken regarding the complete payment of monthly salary of their appointed personnel on the last date of each calendar month though bank account otherwise the submitted tender will be considered as nonresponsive. 2. Tenderer have to submit the end user and payment certificate in regarding their Experience and financial criteria respectively.
